How long will my order take to arrive ?
Generally, we take 7-10 working days for all items (there are a few items that will take 2-3 weeks). If we have an item in stock, we can sometimes Ship within 24-48 hours.
If you need your order urgently or for a very specific date, please write to us at asgems007@gmail.com mentioning your requirement along with the Invoice / Order number. We’ll do everything we can to have your item delivered to you before time.
I would like to cancel something I have bought/Cancel the Order ?
We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. Please write us as soon as email asgems007@gmail.com Once an order is dispatched, We can’t Cancel any items/order.
Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges. If you would like a replacement for the same item ( Regarding damage/broken items only).
What does 925 mean ?
Sterling silver is 92.5% (.925) pure silver metal. This standard is used to assure consistent quality among sterling products. Silver that is not described as “sterling” or “.925” usually has less pure silver content and will often be darker in color and less shiny. Sterling is 92.5% pure instead of 100% pure in order to achieve the requisite hardness and stability to resist wear and tear, and hold its shape.
Return DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ?
you should inspect the product(s) when you receive them for defects or damage. Once received, goods, which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or which have been damaged, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items in their original condition and packaging if possible within 14 days of receipt. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the Product(s).
How to handle/ care of fine jewellery ?
Every piece of jewellery should be stored separately, preferably lined with cloth or velvet. Wipe your jewellery after you are done wearing it.
Sweat, perfume and other chemicals like henna etc. can alter the color of gold.
Avoid wearing jewellery while performing chores that can cause it to chip, deform or wear down
Touch up your jewellery with Rhodium to restore its shine.
Get your jewellery washed to get rid of unwanted dirt from time to time.
Avoid using bleach at all costs.
You can use a soft toothbrush to clean gold, diamond and gemstone jewellery after it has been soaked in soap water or mild detergent. Wipe dry with a soft cloth soon after.
Luke warm water is best for cleaning jewellery, although it is complete NO for pearls, kundan and enamel jewellery.
Never put any piece of diamond, gemstone, kundan, polki or enamel jewellery in hot water.

No worries at all! We understand you may change your mind every now and then. We are happy to offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy (we will refund you the money in whatever form of payment was done for the order, example: credit card payment will have a credit card refund, COD payments will have an online cash transfer, UPI payments will be refunded back to your UPI account). Please note that we only accept unused and unworn items.
You should receive your refund within three to four weeks, which takes into account the time required to ship to us, inspection and processing of your return at our facility, and processing of your refund by your credit card company.
